Assignment: Legislation Watch Cell report
HRCP seeks expressions of interest from qualified individuals to develop a report analysing the draft Punjab Labour Code 2024 from a human rights perspective, especially with regard to workers’ rights and protections and international human rights standards.
Applicants should have at least an undergraduate degree in law and a minimum of five years’ professional experience. Experience of research or other work in the human rights sector would be an asset.
Applicants should submit:
- A cover letter addressing the requirements stated above.
- A detailed CV
- A brief technical and financial proposal.
- A copy of their CNIC.
We expect to engage the consultant’s services for 8–10 weeks from the date of signing an MOU.

Shortlisted proposals will be evaluated on a technical (70 percent) and financial (30 percent) basis.
